About
We’re looking forward to finally getting around to celebrating our marriage with all of you!
We hope you will be able to join us for a mini festival this summer. There will be live music, pool games, food, drinks and of course, great company.
Dress for a festival and bring your dancing shoes.
Let us know if you are coming ASAP please!
What’s on?
The giant yurt
Since we all know that the weather in Wales is always sunny, we’ve made sure there will be shelter from the elements.
BBQ feast
An informal buffet with BBQ food, posh dogs, salads and maybe even a whole lamb.
Wedding stuff
We’re already married, but there has to be some weddingy bits. Expect a few words from us, some speeches and maybe a cheesy reading.
Drinks
Local ales, ciders, wine and a DIY bar for those who are feeling creative.
Camping
There’ll be basic camping in the field with toilets, water tap and communal fridge available for those who’d like to stay. Bring everything else you need. If you don’t have a tent but want to stay, let us know.
Activities & Games
There will hopefully be plenty to entertain the kids (and big kids) including swimming pool, ping pong (beer pong) and play tent.

We’ll have some local artists and bands to keep you entertained all afternoon and into the night. Line up so far below…

How to get there
The party will be located at Pinetops, near Whitebrook.
Getting there by car:
From the M48 Second Severn Crossing, follow your satnav using this link: https://goo.gl/maps/5NozyLEzwncAnH1U8 .
There is very little mobile signal near the venue so please ensure you check the directions before approaching.
When you turn off the main road towards “The Narth / Whitebrook”, follow the road down and go straight on at the crossroads. You will see a small left-hand turn over a brook on the left (with a red telephone box), take this turning. Follow the narrow road up the hill and pass a camping and caravanning site on the left. Take the next left turn up a track opposite a telegraph pole.
Details on parking for day guests or campers to follow shortly…

Where to stay
There are plenty of options for your overnight stay – you can camp on site, book a hotel or B’n’b, find a cottage or Airbnb, or choose a local campsite with full amenities. Some of the options are listed here.
Nearby towns are Monmouth (10 mins) and Chepstow (20 mins).
If you are spending a few days in the area, the Wye Valley is a beautiful place to explore.
Camping on site
Obviously, this is the best choice of accommodation. There will be space to pitch your tent or potentially park your campervan on 27/28 August. Facilities will be basic, but include toilets, a water tap and a communal fridge. We might set up a kettle somewhere too for hot drinks.
If you do choose to camp, please bring everything you need, including food and supplies. Do let us know if you need to borrow camping equipment
We’re already married!
18 / 10 / 21
We officially got married last year after the birth of Maxim
A note on gifts…
The most important thing for us is that you can come and celebrate with us this summer, especially those who are coming from further away.
If you’d still like to gift us something, then we’d love a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We’ll be heading to Europe for a month in September and would like to fill that time with special memories (and we’ve spent all our money on bands!).
