The Welsh Government funds mental health projects across Wales as part of its Third Sector Mental Health Grant. 

I was commissioned to develop a series of impact reports and a communications plan to share the impact of five projects with stakeholders and funders.

I took a communications centric approach to the report, focusing on telling each project’s story through carefully selected, compelling and emotive case studies, backed up with the numbers that count.
